They ruined a package, that then ruined my product, so I had to return them. I had a box and the label and asked for tape and their exact words were, “We have tape but not for customers. You can purchase tape.”. Went to UPS right after and had the nicest people ever. No wonder no one wants to mess around with United States Postal Service anymore.
