  The young men in my local branch Greenville Mi. go above and beyond what is required of them. Daniel Ross is always willing to help me navigate my Amazon to get the right return labels. And both Shane Williams and Jacob helped me by carrying in a package for me. All of the staff in the store are always in good spirits and welcoming. They all are very efficient, and helpful. They all know their job and I’ve never had to wait very long for service.

  I’ve had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store. The team genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure my packages go out on time, even when I’m cutting it close. They’re efficient, organized, and always communicate clearly about shipping options and deadlines so there are no surprises. I truly appreciate their consistency and professionalism. Highly recommend.

  The store in Greenville MI is the best ran UPS. The workers are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business. I have given them accolades on social media previously. I am not affiliated with anyone that works there.
