Okay so I went here to notify them that my mail was not coming and nothing had happened. They have now let me know that the supervisor stepped down and my problem never got passed on but still the desk attendant was very rude originally and I’m rating it based off the new supervisor who has handled this situation amazingly.

4 years of not delivering packages. Reported, official complaints, conversations with the post master. Zero change. Disgrace to a US service.

The mail carrier (Laura) will not deliver my packages to my house for some reason, doesn’t matter how big or small. The manager says it’s because she doesn’t have room in her car. I think it’s completely unacceptable. Your job is to deliver mail and packages.. if your vehicle isn’t big enough to carry mail, maybe you should deliver pizzas.

Only reason this place is getting a 4 is because my friends mom works there. People are kind of dronish.
