They have now let me know that the supervisor stepped down and my problem never got passed on but still the desk attendant was very rude originally and I’m rating it based off the new supervisor who has handled this situation amazingly.

The manager says it’s because she doesn’t have room in her car. I think it’s completely unacceptable. Your job is to deliver mail and packages.. if your vehicle isn’t big enough to carry mail, maybe you should deliver pizzas.
