They have now let me know that the supervisor stepped down and my problem never got passed on but still the desk attendant was very rude originally and I’m rating it based off the new supervisor who has handled this situation amazingly.

- SMSeth MagoonJan 25, 20231.0I usually never leave bad reviews, almost never. However, this is the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of working with. All of our mail is delivered to the wrong mailbox daily. Our packages that are *attempted* deliveries to the wrong mailbox that do not fit, go back to the post office, and we’re told they can’t be brought to our door. On top of that, the people in the post office are 9 times out of 10 unfriendly, and do not try to help at all.
