The employee that drives a black vehicle delivering mail is lazy and if you have a package he claims he attempts to deliver but doesn’t. Then puts a note requesting you to pick up at post office. I have video proof of him completely not delivering packages several times that are to be just left on porch or signature. And you can file a complaint but it never gets addressed.
