  I've always had good experience with the Grandville MI location. My order is typically ready before the estimated time frame. One time I created a program that was to be front and back but I somehow forgot to specify 2 sided. The associate working my order noticed what it was supposed to be and called to double check. He saved the day by alerting me to my mistake (which also lowered my cost).

  DO NOT TRUST THEIR SHIPPING! We had an overnight emergency package sent to get our sons wallet for a cruise. They guaranteed on Thursday we would get it no later than Saturday. Our Cruise was on Sunday. It arrived Monday. No refund offered as UPS said Staples recommended the wrong overnight service, Staples also did not get it to UPS until Friday. STAY AWAY!!! The "nice" employee guaranteed us all along things would be fine and "guaranteed" it would be there Saturday. Lesson learned. Avoid shipping at all cost.

  Most stuff is over priced... And the addition of "Party City" is a JOKE!! 😂😂 more like Party Aisle... Only thing keeping them in business is Amazon renting out the back of the store to process returns!!

  Rachel the store manager needs to be retrained or fired. This lady walks up to me with purple makeup all over her face acting extremely rude. Made zero attempts to satisfy me as a customer and made no eye contact with me. She spoke to her rep and said if he purchased from our website he should call customer service and they will mail him a label to return it. I asked since I was here can you please just return this item and she said unfortunately not because our system can’t find the order. I showed her my phone with the receipt and she said “yeah, sorry my computer can’t see that so there’s nothing I can do in the store. I said is there anyone in this store that can please help me with this and she said No I’m the store manager and I can’t even do it. This is the second time I have been to this store to make a return and both times the employees act like it’s a huge deal to make a return and make you feel stupid for trying to bring something purchased from staples online and bring it to a staples store. So I had to go back home and call customer service only for them to email me a label and now I have to drive 20 mins to the closest ups store to drop it off. Rachel is a horrible manager and staples needs to train their employees better. I will be taking my business needs to other company’s going forward.
