Like others have said, Amazon returns here are a pain. This company partnered with Amazon on purpose but makes no move to attempt customer service. When I walked in, there was a manager and two employees at the service desk laughing about how long the Amazon returns line is and joking about people should just leave. Meanwhile they have one poor employee working the Amazon counter at the pace of the sloth from Monster’s INC. Very unprofessional to have your employees all standing around laughing while over 20 customers wait in line for a service you volunteered to handle as a company. I imagine the goal was to drive business from those that are in to do returns, but it in fact motivated me and the 19 others that day to spend $0 here ever. This was frustratingly unprofessional.

There is a line wrapping halfway around the store with Amazon returns. There is only one worker assisting returns while three workers at the cashier area are sitting and watching

Given the wrong details about returning an item multiple times. Had to go to multiple different staples then to be told I had to go to UPS instead. That’s after taking the correct precautions and asking questions prior to moving forward. Seems like nobody knows what they’re doing/talking about. Wouldn’t recommend staples retuning to anybody

I could not find what I needed and an associate found the right area and then when the item wasn't there went in back to find one for me. Above and beyond in my opinion!! Thanks.

I have been to this location 2 times recently to do Amazon returns. It is the worst most frustrating place I think I may have ever dealt with. Both times I have been here it has been 45-50 minute wait to return something. I understand now it is near the holidays but the person working the Amazon return is absolutely in need of motivation. He moves incredibly slow, sips his water, and barely makes any effort to move people through the line. If this is someone they feel is a doing a good service that is a shame. At least offer a second person to manage the time. Its the longest I've waited in any store holiday or not. I will not return here because I do not have an hour to wait for a simple return. The wait is so long people end of leaving, or are talking in line about how ridiculous it is. To do an Amazon return appears to be a relatively quick task a couple scans and put it in the box, but at the pace this employee is working is so painfully slow. You guys really need to make some changes.
