The customer who uses FedEx freight weekly, who spends a good amount of money on them would have really appreciated the help, but I guess not. I may use UPS the rest of the week, since they like to lose service, and money due to that lack of effort.

And, to make matters worse, she had to tell everyone that the FedEx QR code system was down with literally no way to print label/ship via that process. Do better FedEx...you have one job! (The employee gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
