I was mailing larger packages for the first time and was trying to use the self-service kiosk but had to go to her for a question when she told me I needed to ship them as a box instead. I would have had all of my packages returned if not for her. Now I know what to do for next time but this was by far the best experience I’ve had at the post office. Even though they were super busy she was still so patient with me and nice with everyone. She deserves a raise.

Now that he’s retired our mail very often is late afternoon, after dark, and even(though the mail app shows mail to be delivered that day) never comes at all. What’s the problem? Postal rates keep rising, service is another matter!
