- NSNeva SnowFeb 20, 20261.0VERY DISAPPOINTED! The lady who helped me at the counter was pretty nice and on top of her job but the lady next to her not only threw my package after I asked for a fragile sticker but the package also arrived damaged and the stuff I sent inside was broken! I told her there was a snow globe inside and that there needs to be a fragile sticker. Well, the snow globe is broken; the box is intensely damaged and now I have to buy a whole new birthday gift all thanks to your company failing to do your side of the job. I thought UPS was known for taking care of packages.. guess I was way wrong. In fact, I thought UPS was the "go-to" place for sending packages but if this is how you fo your job, I'll make sure never to recommend you guys again.

I have now been given feedback I need to have my document redone because the notary was apparently improperly trained that they cannot serve as a witness. Complete waste of time and money coming to this store.
