  Giving 4 stars bc I think there was a situation between a manager/supervisor and team member that could've been handled differently. I was working at the computer/print area and it was super busy. There was a taller guy working the counter and he wasn't sure how to fix a customers issue. The customer was an older guy and was pushy about the worker not knowing how to fix something and suggested calling another location. The employee did; he went above and beyond to try and solve the issue. Then a couple came in and had a time sensitive project. The employee did his best to help them too. I finished, went to look for something, then came back to the counter to pick up an order I had placed online a few days ago. There was a supervisor/manager I assume behind the counter with the employee; it appeared he was getting in trouble or getting a "stern" talking to and all I could gather was the supervisor wasn't happy with the employee and how he handled that rush. It was a solid 5 minute talk. The manager/supervisor was facing the counter and the tall worker had his back to me. There was another lady waiting at the counter with me. The employee seemed defeated when he turned around, after the manager/supervisor gave him a fist bump to apparently cheer him up. I let him know he handled everything great and that I recognized he was working hard. The manager/supervisor could've waited to have that talk until later, could've had it in a private area, and since he was staring right at me and another customer could've came to help us instead of talking to the employee for 5 minutes. All that to say, the employee was great. Manager/supervisor needs to work on his tact when giving employee feedback. Especially when customers are watching.
