- RSRod Stull3 days ago1.0Wife and I Stopped there this morning to send a letter we wanted delivered ASAP! We never made it to the counter and there were only 5 people in line! The Main counter area wasn’t even open!! Only a side counter was open with one person, and the window didn’t take cash!! The place was dirty and disgusting both inside and outside. The postmaster of this place should be replaced with someone who takes pride in their job and the building !!!

I had to use the kiosk, which was unavailable. And apparently the only day there are walk ins for passport picture and notarize, they just don't staff qualified people. Don't try a passport w this location
- JHJennie HartsteinDec 22, 20251.0Up until recently, I used to have the best interactions at this location. Unfortunately, my past two experiences here have been absolutely awful. Jasmine was incredibly rude, belittling, and had a terrible attitude when I had a question. It was one of the absolute worst customer services experiences I have ever had in my life. There have been many other lovely employees I’ve encountered in the past, but due to the negative experiences of these past two experiences, I will no longer be stopping at this location. Even though it is half a mile from my house, I would rather go out of my way to utilize a different location, after the mistreatment I experienced here.

Someone in the USPS ripped open my delivery, punched a hole in an inner box, stole some items, taped it back up and sent it. It took 4 days to travel the 30 minutes from Grand Rapids to Middleville! Karma will repay you someday, but happy holidays; I hope you enjoy the things you stole.
