He tried to cash it there no less than 3 times but they kept telling him they wouldn't cash it bc they didn't have enough cash in their drawer. They basically held his money hostage. One of the employees, her name is FAITH, has been mentioned in some of these reviews. She is rude, hostile and should have no place in a customer service position. I'm in a wheelchair and rolled a mile and a half to help him cash it. We had all of the appropriate documents, plus receipts, and she told me to " roll myself to the next PO location" 3 miles away if I wanted help. This woman needs to be at the very least, reprimanded, but should ultimately be fired and if they can't improve this location, it needs to be closed.
