This is the worse USPS location i have ever been to… there is one regular worker who is awesome but today i went in and the lady was extremely rude, she wouldn’t take my package because it had a little flange hanging off and she said it was too damaged… instead of being nice and helping she refused to take the package or help, i am tired of going here and they never want to do their jobs.

- AGAlison GarnierAug 3, 20201.0Worst experience ever. The lady working there today (08/03/20 at 3pm) is the most rude person I have ever seen. I tried to explain clearly what I needed, she kept cutting me off and telling me “this is not how you do it”, although I have clear instructions from the embassy on how to do it and which enveloppe I needed. I had to insist but all of it ended with my official document (birth certificate) being torn up. Do not go there. Never had issues in East Grand Rapids so I will keep going there from now on.
