- SCSammeetra Carr3 days ago1.0Second incident of my package not being delivered properly. This time it was lost. Irresponsible non caring management. Impolite service. Blame game amongst both branches and customer service representatives. No one has an answer. This manager at this location stated that the package wasn’t there. Didn’t check anywhere. Didn't pull up my tracking number. Didn’t answer why they didn’t respond to the other branches email. No accountability. How do you know it’s not there if you haven’t checked?. It’s showing that it never LEFT THAT LOCATION. No one cares about your important information just being lost or stolen.

However, this location is Deeply in-need of more staff or, at the very least, a self-service kiosk. The line is Frequently 6-10 customers deep with only one clerk working, which can take 30-45 minutes to get to the front. Begging for a self-service kiosk, especially when I need to scan a simple QR code to ship something out. Fund and staff this properly!!!
