- JWJamie WFeb 25, 20261.0I frequently go into this branch because it's the closest to my work downtown. This is a personal review regarding Yolonda, the main staff member here. It's obvious that many of the other negative reviews are due to interactions with her as well. Yolonda is rude, condescending, and often outright inaccurate in the information she gives customers. I've witnessed her opening the window 10 minutes late because she was too busy taking a personal phone call to serve a line of customers. Recently she went on a power trip and tried to argue with me over something inconsequential rather than simply complete a transaction. It's pretty apparent that she hates her job, and unfortunately the rest of us have to suffer because of it.

Because it was an important and sensitive document, I went directly to the post office to request that it be returned to the sender. However, the staff member at the retail counter told me this was the “wrong place” to do so and attempted to send me elsewhere. This was confusing and frustrating, as this is an official post office and there was no clear explanation of where a customer is actually supposed to handle such mail. I was trying to do the responsible thing, but instead felt dismissed and unclear about the proper procedure. Clear guidance and better communication would have made this experience much better.
