And they can't explain where my mail is going .

I received a call from a mail carrier at this Greenbrooke branch, who was super understanding of my mom's situation. He highlighted my mom's delivery exception request and the next day Austin called to let us know everything was set. Very grateful for the help. Sent a form requesting exception for delivery for physical hardship for my 93 year old, blind mother, just for the winter months when the road is icy. Applied twice, never received a response and no one answers the phone.
