No one is going to read this so I am just yelling into the void. What is the point of a phone number if no one ever answers it?

Date: Monday, June 9, 2025, at 9:30 AM I had a great experience at the office today. The two ladies there were incredibly kind and helpful. I was concerned because my package was showing it was being shipped to my old address, but fortunately, it had only been scanned at the facility and hadn't gone out for delivery yet. The lady with black hair assisted me by retrieving the package directly from the facility, and the blonde lady helped me update my address and set up mail forwarding to my new location. Everything went so smoothly. I also want to thank the postman who pointed me in the right direction, as well as the delivery driver who had my package. Thank you all!

They continuously deliver our business mail to the wrong address and leave out going mail in our box for days. The supervisors are very nice when you call and things get better for a couple weeks then the whole cycle starts over again.

Awful, I waited to pick up a package they were holding because they chose not to attempt delivery. As I was standing there waiting for her to get my package I watched her carry on a conversation with another employee instead of getting me my package. I asked the 2nd guy that was at the desk if she was going to look for my package or continue to talk to her friend in back. He went to tell her about my complaint and she grapped what she thought was my package right off the shelf in front of her. Made several rude comments to me because I called her out. I signed and she handed me the package, I got to my car and it most certainly was not my package. She even looked at my ID and neither of the names on the package were mine. I went back in to tell her and she asked again for my ID. She went to the back again to look and after about 10 minutes she came back to tell me they don't have it, she doesn't know where it is. This is 3 days after I got the notice that it was being held at this office. So now I have no idea where my package is, and I have to rely on the people who lost it to try to find it again. The gentleman at the desk was kind, the women are very rude. I have never seen such laziness in my life.
