When it was finally my turn, the employee had absolutely no idea how to use the copier. I had to wait even longer for a manager, and by the time anything got done, I’d basically stood through two lines for something that should have taken two minutes. Then the real joke hit at checkout. They are charging almost four dollars for a plain white envelope and almost four dollars for a stamp. That is blatant price gouging. I even told them you can get an entire box of envelopes at Meijer for less than what they charge for ONE. And yes, Meijer sold me an envelope and a stamp for a dollar right after I left this place. When I called and asked to return the overpriced stamp, I was given some bizarre story about “fraudulent returns” on single stamps, which is the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard. Just say you don’t accept returns instead of insulting people’s intelligence with made-up nonsense. This location is disorganized, untrained, and wildly overpriced. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend going literally anywhere else unless you enjoy being overcharged and having your time wasted.
