The reason for the 2 star review is because the girl organizing packages behind the counter was just carelessly tossing them. Then I asked for my pre-ship labeled item to have a handle with care sticker and the guy ringing me up did not put one on it. I sure hope my $500 worth of grooming shears make it in one piece. I would have went with anyone other than UPS, but the company ships through you guys.

It was going to be crazy busy Right before Christmas and potentially a long wait, but the staff got through everybody pretty fast
