- MHMatt HawsFeb 5, 20261.0Worst delivery service in the area. Pick literally anything else. USPS, UPS, DHL... Vacation holds, hold at location, virtually any kind of instruction is ignored. If you're looking for the late deliveries, they've got you. "The world on our time"
- BDBrian DargaJan 22, 20261.0Waiting on a package supposed to be here wednesday held up due to weather was supposed to be here today the driver was a block away from my house and did not deliver my package and claimed due to weather. I drive in the weather elements every day as a mobile mechanic his excuse is not valid. My house is in disarray waiting on this package I am very unhappy with FedEx. When I called today the woman on the phone promised me my package would be delivered tonight by 8:00 p.m. And that did not happen. I tried to call to see if they would hold the package so I could pick it up tomorrow morning and they told me it would take 24 hours to process so I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Saturday. Not acceptable FedEx you should get your stuff together!

It refuses to connect me to a person to explain why my freight is being held hostage. Their website says weather, but I've been getting plenty of other deliveries from FedEx and other companies. This is ridiculous.
