    Jenny the “Assistant Manager” was so rude! it was my first time ever walking into a fedex store to ship something out and i won’t be coming back to this location because of her!

    Came to drop off a package on Saturday morning. A lovely woman working was helping another costumer but greeted me immediately! That makes a huge difference. She also asked what I needed and directed me to where I needed to go. I am impressed because I could have been standing there for several minutes before she could help me but she was very efficient and helpful. Just wanted to give her a shout out for being awesome!
