- MAM A3 days ago1.0Regarding the customer service experience, I had requested express delivery, which was scheduled for Friday. I waited the entire morning at home for my package. Despite the package arriving at this location at 8am that morning, it was not prepared for delivery by the end of the day. When I visited the office, the front desk staff refused to retrieve my order and advised me to wait until next Monday at home to receive my package, instead of fulfilling their responsibility and delivering the package that was already at this location.

English customs wouldn't let my package into the the UK because they wanted to place a duty tariff on it. I had to email the English company to send me an invoice to prove that I was returning - Not selling - defective heated gloves. I emailed and called DHL England numerous times only to be delayed and transferred to another department. I tried to reach out to them and they never answered my questions. Instead I got my package returned to me with no explanation as to why? Even after I emailed proof.
