It was cleared through customs and sat for, at this point not moving for two days in Cincinnati. No one you would talk to cared . At one point a person said I would get a call back in 90 min from a supervisor . I called again two hours later and then this representative told me the supervisor called but no answer . I confirmed the number I left to call was correct.i had no missed call on my phone so obviously the supervisor just closed out the complaint without calling . I finally called a customs agent who told me it had been cleared two days ago and never picked up. He tried to help me as much as he could. Gave me a local number for dhl which no one answered, it gave me a message to call the 1 800 number where no one helps you . They cannot even talk to their supervisor directly they can only communicate by e mail . Wow I could keep going forever . If you need a shipment critically I would stay away from this company and recommend everyone else does too . The 1 800 number just gives you the same information as the tracker . We can all read , what we need is info beyond that because our businesses are impacted .
