Is anyone even working there anymore? I’ve called and waited the 3.5 minutes it rings before you get the busy tone. I’ve done this 6 times today through out the day. I had a package “unable to deliver”. Mailbox was empty. And my front doorS plural are both clear.

Chris was helping here in Lake Odessa this morning, I am very thankful that my package arrived safe with his delivery. So happy to have been provided with excellent service.

Yet another package lost. I've spent hundreds of dollars replacing items this branch lost. The postal service here is the WORST part of living in Grand Ledge. Avoid this branch if at all possible!

I usually do not write reviews because I believe that there are good and bad when it comes to every business but this time I do believe I need to speak out. Im for sure that I am not the only individual who has experienced issues and no matter the circumstances the issues are not resolved. I am not speaking on this facility as a whole but being that who you employ are a direct reflections of you business it is rated as a whole. I live in the rural area of Mulliken and am on a route along with my parents and friends. My mother and father moved into the area about the same time I did and i was pulling in their driveway and noticed their mailbox was open with mail in it, meanwhile its pouring down rain. As my mother and I were talking about it I told her that I have the same issue with my mail delivery (which is the same delivery driver). My mailbox is always left open, mail is wet from rain or scattered because of wind. My mother contacted the postal service about the issue and the following day, low and behold they had a notice that their delivery has been suspended because their mailbox was 2 inches shorter then specifications. A few months later I was out at my mailbox while the neighbor was in the yard retrieving my soggy mail and he was telling me that he was so fed up with wet mail that he complained and now his mail delivery has been suspended until he fixes his mailbox. In disgust I told him the same thing happened to my parents and it ridiculous that "us" being the customer are pushed into this situation when someone doesnt want to do their job. These events happened over a year or so ago and meanwhile I have dealt with soggy mail and switched most of my important documents over to electronic delivery. About 2 months ago I ordered some items on Amazon that were to be delivered to my home. There were two items. I received one and when I tracked the other it said it was delivered the same day as the other but 3 hours later. I was confused because the one package was handed to my son which had walked out to her vehicle during delivery. It was a gallon of Shampoo which costed me $70 and not easily missed. I called the post office and they tracked the item which was listed as "delivered" and came up just as confused. They told me they would get back with me after they spoke to the mail woman. They promptly called me back the following day and left me a message on my voicemail saying they had spoke with her and my driveway was too muddy so she could not delivery the item that day so she returned the next day and put it in my garage next to my vehicle. OK...no package, My driveway is too muddy for one package but not the other, Im out $70 AND LOW AND BEHOLD I GET A NOTICE IN MY MAILBOX THAT SHE IS NO LONGER DELIVERING TO MY MAILBOX BECAUSE IT IS 4 INCHES TOO SHORT. (oh yeah, did I mention Ive lived here for 3 years and never received a notice prior) I have taken my time to write this, not only because it frustrates me but because the post office is struggling. We are the customers...we pay postage and yes I do realize that there has to be standards for delivery but I do not feel this is a case where everyone on an individuals route has dysfunctional mailboxes. This issue has went on long enough and Im better off with my mail sitting at the post office because its no longer soggy and I might actually receive it. One customer lost and many more if your mail delivery drivers dont learn customer service skills. Its not our jobs at risk, its hers seems she would try to do her part to be needed and appreciated.
