I had issues getting a package delivered when all my other items in the same order arrived on time. I called USPS customer service who sent a message to the GH location and within minutes Katie reached out to me to get more information on the situation. She followed through with multiple phone calls and got in touch with the gentleman on the mail route. Long story short, they figured it out, and he brought my package right up to my 3rd floor apartment, insuring I received it. I’ve never had an issue like this with any mail before, but these folks handled the situation in such a professional, timely, and friendly manner- actually CARING about their customer. Thank you both so much!
- CPCancer Lady ProOct 3, 20251.0Even though I came in during the walk-in hours the Grand Haven post office refused to service me for a passport and also started an argument with myself and another customer in the post office making me have to drive 15 miles away just to get a passport. You should not be treating anyone like this if they come during the hours that you say you should service them.
