- RPRebecca Pitts1 day ago5.0Once again my time in Grand Haven has come to an end and once again I find myself at the Grand Haven UPS store mailing my extras back home to Virginia. I swore I wouldn't do it this time around. I know when I mail my extras home it will be done as if Im packing the box. So I walk in the store and there is a young man that addressed me right away and asked how he could help me. I told him that I needed these two boxes packed in one box to ship back home. This young man's name was Christian. He even had to get a larger box for my stuff and didn't even seem bothered by it. I swore the total was going to be around 100 bucks. He said it wasn't 100 but how does 48 sound and it should be there on Wednesday the 26th. I was shocked and I told him I would take it. Now I have been in the customer service business alot of years and this young man gets an A+ from me. Thank you Christian I will most likely be back after my next visit.

- JMJosh MooreJun 26, 20251.0I would never think that it would even be possible to have a terrible experience at a UPS store but here we go so I had some contracts I needed to print out on the fly so I decided to stop by the UPS store the person working there began to help me with my order. A woman walked in with an Amazon return. He immediately stopped working with me and took her order. Then for whatever reason I was informed that they can’t print off of my USB drive, which is weird because that’s definitely not a thing at any UPS store and then it was recommended that I go to Staples so I guess that’s what I’m doing probably from now on for any on the go print needs
