  Once again my time in Grand Haven has come to an end and once again I find myself at the Grand Haven UPS store mailing my extras back home to Virginia. I swore I wouldn't do it this time around. I know when I mail my extras home it will be done as if Im packing the box. So I walk in the store and there is a young man that addressed me right away and asked how he could help me. I told him that I needed these two boxes packed in one box to ship back home. This young man's name was Christian. He even had to get a larger box for my stuff and didn't even seem bothered by it. I swore the total was going to be around 100 bucks. He said it wasn't 100 but how does 48 sound and it should be there on Wednesday the 26th. I was shocked and I told him I would take it. Now I have been in the customer service business alot of years and this young man gets an A+ from me. Thank you Christian I will most likely be back after my next visit.

  Staff is friendly and helpful. This is my go to store for drop offs after our regular driver picks up at 3:00. They are open till 6:00 which is a plus.
