  Every time I have to bring an Amazon return here I dread it, but it’s usually the only free option. The employees are obviously annoyed to be taking your returns ESPECIALLY if you have more than one item. Today the guy wouldn’t even give me my receipt for my return. I repeated I’d like a receipt please and he again said “Amazon will email you, have a good day.” Providing a receipt is the bare minimum when taking returns. Between the “I hate my job” attitude and acting like my return of something is an inconvenience to you - I’m not really feeling a “trusting” vibe.

  I would like to share this are we in? I recommend staples for sending any packages anywhere in the United States or otherwise they took my money well over $300 and lost my package and won’t stand up to their business practices and refund me the money and get my package back.

  I was in a bind to deliver printed materials to a new prospective client. Not only was the online ordering process a breeze, but the turnaround was fast and the print quality was beautiful.

  Do not tell people you accept Amazon returns when you don't accept UPS store QR codes. I made a return just a few weeks ago and it said "UPS Store" above the label but I bring it in today and the cashier tells me "We have never accepted those types of returns". I literally did it before so someone doesn't know how to do their job.
