- DWDebra WilcoxJan 21, 20261.0The red haired girl working there was, without exaggeration, one of the most blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional employees I have ever encountered anywhere. From the moment I walked up, she was glued to her phone like doing her actual job was some unbearable inconvenience. While I was processing my returns, she didn’t bother to hide her annoyance, eye rolls, heavy sighs, and an attitude that made it painfully clear she didn’t want to be there or help anyone. When I asked her to print a label, she acted as if I had personally offended her by daring to ask her to do the bare minimum of her job. The tone she used was condescending, rude, and completely unacceptable.No customer deserves to be spoken to like that. It was shocking how little professionalism or basic courtesy she had. This experience was uncomfortable, frustrating, and honestly embarrassing for the business. If this is the kind of service they think is acceptable, I won’t be returning. 0/10, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.
