- AJAndyAngel JCApr 17, 20261.0Very miserable employee rudely said "AMAZON RETURNS ARE OVER THERE" ..Meanwhile an Amazon return sign is directly above her head.. Also to treat a customer as if I'm supposed to know I'm in the wrong line with an Amazon return sign. PS Hadn't been to staples since 2000 until a few days ago and its gonna stay that way. Ill give it maybe 6 more months before this location is bankrupt like 90% of the other locations! If you enjoy the typical Karen treatment go here but if your like me and don't like Karens...Id pay the extra shipping fee rather than bring my package here!

It was a HP for $429, on sale for $299 with $30 trade in credit. Went back today, again, no help at all. Told the guy at the service desk what I wanted - he did not even offer help me get it to the counter. When I saw the price, I told him it was on sale yesterday for $299. He said sale ended. Went home and bought it on Amazon for $299. Won't be back there.
- JMJennifer McLainMar 25, 20261.0The associate told me to put my package on the scale then asked is Friday ok. Didn’t measure my box, didn’t show me my other options. I have mailed several boxes from here so I know the routine. Then I get charged for a box that I didn’t even get. I packed the box myself at home. Then tells me to go over to the other counter to be checked out. Then helps the older lady that was waiting behind me who was sending something back. Meanwhile I’m still waiting to be checked out. Then she finishes up with that lady and comes over to the counter where I’m waiting and checks me out. I have never had service like this there before.
