  The red haired girl working there was, without exaggeration, one of the most blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional employees I have ever encountered anywhere. From the moment I walked up, she was glued to her phone like doing her actual job was some unbearable inconvenience. While I was processing my returns, she didn’t bother to hide her annoyance, eye rolls, heavy sighs, and an attitude that made it painfully clear she didn’t want to be there or help anyone. When I asked her to print a label, she acted as if I had personally offended her by daring to ask her to do the bare minimum of her job. The tone she used was condescending, rude, and completely unacceptable.No customer deserves to be spoken to like that. It was shocking how little professionalism or basic courtesy she had. This experience was uncomfortable, frustrating, and honestly embarrassing for the business. If this is the kind of service they think is acceptable, I won’t be returning. 0/10, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.

  Ups has never failed me. Whether it's returns or I need to ship something, they've always been helpful every step of the way.

  Store had a line to the door with a more when I left. The line moved steadily and staff was friendly and helpful.

  Expected delivery 4 days ago. I imagine I’m at the end of the route because my expected delivery times are later in the day like 2 pm. They keep pushing back the date and saying “due to weather”. I can see my package picked up at 8-9 am “on the way” 12 hours to check tracking and it’s pushed to the next day. I drive a service van all day rain, sleet, hail, snow. The weather hasn’t been bad AT ALL. Unacceptable to be at the butt end of this laziness. These people suck at their jobs. I better get my package before any lazy manager responds to this.
