This guy knows what he’s doing displaying excellent organizational skills and personable service all at the same time. He was making sure both these lines continued to move. What I’m giving no stars to is the other 4 Staples employees leaning against the copier counter chatting with their arms folded and no customers in that area. Us folks in the Amazon line saw you and all commented on how poorly a reflection that sight was on this store. You can do better Staples! Whatever happened to working as a team? Meanwhile - give Josiah a raise and promotion. Hoping his hardwork will payoff!!
