- EEEilish EllingerJul 29, 20251.0Not sure why when someone comes in for a passport photo they have to be helped first even though three other people are in line then have to be told to wait 30 minutes so those people can get their passport photos done, that doesn’t make any sense. Why don’t you help the people that it takes not even two minutes? So now i have to sit here for 30 mins even tho it takes not even 30 seconds to scan my package? Also everyone that works here needs Customer service classes asap. Im calling corporate.

This used to be a great, phenomenal post office where the service was above and beyond expectations as described by my original review. Unfortunately, none of the people who provided the great care and service are there any longer. Service is just average now but isn't that the case just about everywhere and not only usps? Original review (I am leaving it up because I am very thankful for the service I used to get at this post office) I wanted to write a review to share my extremely positive experience with the Goodrich, Michigan Post Office. I have informed delivery so I know what I am getting in the mail and when on a day to day basis. I would say I get my mail and packages about 99% of the time. Occasionally, a mistake happens (as it did today). I had a package that said it was delivered on tracking but I didn't get anything. I went to the Goodrich Post Office and Tracy got on the phone right away to my carrier who IMMEDIATELY turned around and went looking for my package. By the time I got home (about a 10 minute ride), my package had already been located (it was delivered to the wrong house) and on my porch. Then Tracy called me as I was taking my package in to tell me that my package should be on my porch. I think this is phenomenal service and I wanted to publicly say "Thank You" to all the hard working folks at the Goodrich Post Office. People typically only post reviews when they are pissed but I felt that I needed to post a positive experience.
