- GMGeorge MontgomeryFeb 9, 20262.0Had visitors at our home parking in the drive and street. Carrier refused to deliver mail and Amazon packages. She had plenty of room to access the mailbox. Packages would not have fit in the box so she also failed in her responsibility to bring them to our door. Why does Amazon continue to support these services.
- KTKen TeichmanJan 24, 20261.0Called to see if my “held mail” was actually held at the office this time instead of being taken out by my mail lady today at 1030am. I spoke to a person named ANTHONY, YES my mail was there!….. jokes on me though for trying to avoid another day of the mail lady not delivering due to weather and myself taking a step to have usps hold my mail so I can not stress if my mail will show or not. Firstly i 100% understand the weather as to why i resorted to the “hold my mail” option, now let’s be clear Anthony will tell you when you are and are not allowed to receive YOUR mail. He simply states there is a minimum 3 day hold period if i used their “hold mail” service, unfortunately the loophole is on the usps website stating at anytime held mail may be picked up and you will then receive mail delivery service as usual. I informed him of that and he stated I CANNOT pick my mail up until the 3 day hold is over. We went back and forth. No vulgar language just myself trying to explain everything I can to get MY MAIL and in the end. I was left with the answer. You’ll be able to pick it up at the end of your hold period. ODDLY enough, i was able to cancel my hold my request at 11am this morning. So I'm essence Anthony took it upon himself to refuse me my mail. I would like to speak to someone that can handle this kind of disgusting customer service. Lastly to top it off he simply said a state trooper or any law enforcement wouldn’t be able to help me either as they work for the state. Though enforce federal laws.
