- FVFerris the fam vlogJun 21, 20241.0This branch is the worst customer service I've ever seen. The guy at the counter doesn't have a clue on what's going on. I told him I was moving, he took my name and address down and said they will hold my mail for 30 days. Well they didn't and they had no idea they were supposed to be holding it. So where's my mail now going on 20 days dealing with these people. I asked to see the manager, good luck he's never there. He's leave before 1pm every day. so I took off work to go talk to him and big surprise, he called in. I've talked to other people and they said the same thing that they have no idea what they are doing down there. They need to get new management that actually works there so they can build trust back.

Portage ZIP code is 49002. Petoskey ZIP is 49770. Galesburg USPS not only delivered to the wrong city, but a completely different ZIP code. That takes a special level of skill to do as a post office.
