Staff member was very patient, thoroughly explained the process, and had me in and out quickly. Would recommend this place if you are new to mailing.

I let her know I was new to this and reminded her multiple times I didn’t know what I was doing. Made me feel awful and I left without getting any information on what I should do. Wouldn’t allow me to get a quote without a exact address when I just needed it to go to a Plainfield post office. As the lady before me didn’t have an available zip code, and I watched this lady help her find a zip code. Well that’s all I needed. And as I left I even had tears in my eyes and some of the other customers say sorry and good luck. I understand customer service is difficult I work in food service and know it’s a lot. Just very sad to have experienced the rudeness.
