  Literally delivering to entirely different town ? Like how do you mess up that bad( not even the same street name btw) ? Like my package also needs to be signed.. and knowing this you should know this is probably something. Expensive but yet they disregard that and now have to deliver it a different day entirely. I'm also not home 24/7, working 3rd shift makes it nearly impossible for me to be here in it's scheduled time. Yet even tho you are out for delivery... And are informed you made the mistake you can't just deliver it today ?? This will most definitely be the last time I order anything from here

  I use this location when I moved from Michigan to ship some boxes and also used them to send boxes from Scottsdale. I have always had great service and thus far they have successfully gotten many boxes to where they needed to be. I appreciate being able to move around some of my miscellaneous stuff with confidence.

  Every package I’ve received from this location has been delayed. I’ve literally been sitting next to my front door and received a text there was a delivery attempt made at the moment I was there. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an item to arrive with multiple “attempts” at delivery; these drivers don’t even get out of the truck before saying delivery attempted. Now I’ll be lucky to receive the item I ordered in November after the 1st of the year… This location, FedEx’s customer service and their inability to knock on a door at least attempt to delivery an item is pathetic. I hope to never order anything from a company who chooses FedEx for their delivery service.
