I’ve literally been sitting next to my front door and received a text there was a delivery attempt made at the moment I was there. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an item to arrive with multiple “attempts” at delivery; these drivers don’t even get out of the truck before saying delivery attempted. Now I’ll be lucky to receive the item I ordered in November after the 1st of the year… This location, FedEx’s customer service and their inability to knock on a door at least attempt to delivery an item is pathetic. I hope to never order anything from a company who chooses FedEx for their delivery service.

The person at the service counter absolutely hated her job. I was sending 2 packages for Christmas. In the span of the entire transaction I never knew how the packages were being sent(overnight,ground or whatever)and didn’t even know how much I was paying until I ran my credit card. All this rep wanted was for me to leave from the moment I walked into the facility. She absolutely hated her job and it very much showed. Very sad.
