I've been to the surrounding Post Offices out of convenience for one reason or another and haven't experienced the same level of curtious. Fraser has a great crew at our USPS.

The Troy location was cash only when I went and was busy as heck. The masonic location is never overcrowded when I go and am met with professional employees.
