- CDChester DawsonOct 4, 20251.0Lots of attitude from such a small post office. Do yourself a favor and take your business to the nearby Southfield p.o. The staff there are helpful and pleasant. Can't say the same for Franklin after multiple negative experiences. They should probably just close down this location; It's often empty anyway (outside of the year-end holidays.)
- LTL TSep 15, 20251.0The crew takes off for lunch which is NOT posted on the intenet. Today they were closed at 11:55am and posted that they would open at 1:15pm. Their lunch hours seem to have no conaiatency. Last time it was 12:30 - 2pm.

So you park and if you have a bunch of packages, you are treated with a handmade sign saying they are closed. What post office closes at 2pm during the week on a non holiday? Answer - only in Franklin, MI.
