The Frankenmuth location is always clean and organized and staff helpful. Doug is friendly and engaging as an owner. Truly impressive! He needs to train others. Top Notch!!! He stated he owns others in the state.and I was in them and didn’t know he owned them. They were just as impressive in my travels! Will go out of my way if there is one closer to visit them.

When that happened I called the Frankenmuth store and their associate John went above and beyond my expectations. He fulfilled my order with integrity and amazing customer service.
