He obviously does not like his job or just working in general and needs to either work in the back or retire altogether. I do not look forward to going to The UPS Store because of him, and I will go out of my way not to have to deal with him.

Talked to like I was a twelve year old child and accused twice not using a correct shipping label and trying to scam the employee. Printed a return label from home and had my item completely packed up, I didn’t even need any help besides dropping off a box. It was a great feeling having the two employees talking and laughing as I left saying “if this is a wrong label it will be getting delivered back to you”. Hopefully both of these gentlemen understand their tone of voice and the way they talk to customers is a complete reflection of the store and UPS. I wish zero stars was an option.
