- LLLauren LoganDec 12, 20241.0Kelly the postmaster needs to get off her high that she’s on. Our mailbox has been in the same condition the whole time we have owned this home. We recently started getting notices in our mailbox that if the height and wobbling isn’t corrected they will stop our mail. We went out there with a tape measure and sure enough…CORRECT HEIGHT. It’s slightly loose yes, but if you go over it to kick it, it barely moves. I understand you may not like your job Kelly, but speaking to people with respect and not threaten to shut off mail will go a long way. No wonder this place has a 1 star review total….truly sad. Please focus on training your delivery people to shut mailboxes so their mail doesn’t get wet before you come after something so tiny. I know it gives you excitement to be on your high horse, but humble yourself a little bit, Kelly.
