- JCJane Chancey4 days ago1.0Why do they say open at 9 a.m? I arrived there a little after 9. Store was gated shut. More customers arriving and seen one employee there sitting in parking lot. The employee said he had a key but since he was the only one that showed up he could not open unless there was another employee with him. That is their policy according to him. He did make phone calls but had no response. So why do they not change the opening hours instead of have customers go out of there way to do business. He then said it would be 12:30 afternoon when they open. He said didn’t bother him because he is paid salary. Makes me want a job there and if no other person shows up then I can leave and still get paid. This policy is ridiculous and I don’t see this business lasting long. Very disappointing.

When I walked in there was an employee at the counter, looking at something, he did not look up, speak,or acknowledge me even after I walked up to the return counter. Eventually another employee came up to me, he may have mumbled hello, not sure. Other than that the only words he spoke were "which one is that" because I had 2 returns. That was it. Extremely poor customer service, will not be using this store again.
