The workers in the post office are always very kind, but my mail is rarely delivered on a consistent basis. I have mail marked as "delivered" and not show up until a week later, if at all. I regularly have mail I am expecting and will watch the carrier drive by my house without stopping. They tend to deliver everything once or twice a week, rather than when they get possession of it.

Mail lady was too lazy to pull into the driveway to leave packages so she return them to the postal office, stating we were not home but we were there all day. Now I cant get any help from the office to find my packages.
We need better workers who want to work.

If this was a private company such as UPS or FedEx they would not be in business. The only reason USPS is still relevant is that it is a government agency. If you reschedule a delivery fingers crossed you actually receive the package. It gets sent back out from the local building to a regional center. All because the lazy courier didn't want to leave their vehicle and walk to my porch. 3 other private companies delivered on the same day this government agency claimed no access to my driveway.

We have many and I mean many documents lost. Sender can verify it was indeed sent to this address. Come to find out, my mail was being delivered to a few houses down from mine!!! It's happening far too much these days! I needed a very important check and sender showed me they sent it and where it went. Straight to the post office. They said "don't know". It's a shame!
