- RHRo Harris5 days ago1.0Poor customer service, the black lady with blond braids in a bun and long finger nails was rude and condescending towards me. Then she proceeds to tell me they ship packages that weigh 70 pounds which had nothing to do with my 5 pound package I was shipping. I actually left and will find a different location to patronize.

Me: “hi I just nee-“ Lady: “I don’t have tape you’re going to have to purchase some tape and come back” “NEXT!” Saw a review 3 months ago that she was told she needed to buy tape as well.. have yall not had tape for months..? If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had so much trouble through them and after today I will no longer be back. How hard is it to be nice to others especially customers? To even just say hi? Why is there always only one person at the counter and a line out the door?

They don't recognize that you're handicap even though I had a neck brace on that you couldn't miss very limited movement you would think they would offer to pick up your package or help you in any kind of way nope. How hard is it to smile at your customer and say hello how are you the US Post Office. Even the mail carriers that come to your house I'm blessed because I have a great one but in the past the horrible especially the substitutes the ones that fill in for the regulars that have a day off they're horrible they they're training is terrible they block me in my driveway.. I said I'm ready to leave and he's like I'm sorry bro I'll only be a minute and he went across the street and delivered the mail . They also Park 2 ft away from the stop sign so makes it impossible for ongoing traffic to be able to see waiting for an accident that happened. Definitely the supervisors need to be fired that trainees people horrible. that's why I would rather go to FedEx UPS another carrier I might pay a little bit more but at least they got common sense
