  I paid a fee to have my order shipped on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday; however, they failed to deliver on schedule, and it didn't arrive until the following Monday. This has happened to me twice.

  I sent an email earlier in the morning with clear instructions for one print, including the size and quantity. I then went to work, expecting the order would be ready for pickup by the time I finished. When I arrived at FedEx around 1:00 PM, the print had not been completed. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and tried to assist me. However, while he was checking in the back, I could hear a staff member speaking about my order as if I wasn’t present. She stated that she had emailed me asking for my name, phone number, and quantity. Unfortunately, I was at work and had not yet had a chance to check my email before arriving. That said, all of the necessary information—including my name, quantity, and size—was already provided in my original email. I also heard the gentleman read my email to her, yet she responded that because I hadn’t replied, she did not complete the order and wasn’t sure when she would be able to. While I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the gentleman assisting me, I found the other employee’s response and tone to be quite unprofessional and disappointing.

  This is a very clean and organized store. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I came in 30 minutes before closing with an emergency print job. Darius had no problem helping me get it done even though there was a problem with one of the prints.

  My item was repackaged and stuffed for handling protection. The charge for shipping was affordable. The store clerk professional and kind. I've utilized this FedEx twice. Satisfied.

  The kind lady at the front desk was so kind and held good conversation. She was in a good mood and was pleasant. Was here today on Dec - 9th around 530. I didn't catch her name.
