- FSFred SzuchFeb 6, 20261.0The particular store I went to customer service that's what you call . They don't recognize that you're handicap even though I had a neck brace on that you couldn't miss very limited movement you would think they would offer to pick up your package or help you in any kind of way nope. How hard is it to smile at your customer and say hello how are you the US Post Office. Even the mail carriers that come to your house I'm blessed because I have a great one but in the past the horrible especially the substitutes the ones that fill in for the regulars that have a day off they're horrible they they're training is terrible they block me in my driveway.. I said I'm ready to leave and he's like I'm sorry bro I'll only be a minute and he went across the street and delivered the mail . They also Park 2 ft away from the stop sign so makes it impossible for ongoing traffic to be able to see waiting for an accident that happened. Definitely the supervisors need to be fired that trainees people horrible. that's why I would rather go to FedEx UPS another carrier I might pay a little bit more but at least they got common sense

By far the worst ran usps store in the county. 1.Abhorrent wait times 20 minutes plus evrytime 2.Staff that makes you feel like they will lose your package on purpose 3. The indifference they show to customers. Really hope this place gets a overhaul as it is certainly needed.

I WAS WRITING A REVIEW ON DEWHITE THAT HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHY I RECEIVED A CERTIFIED LETTER AND HE STUCK WITH ME FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR ,HOUR AND A HALF CALL ME BACK.. BUT WE FIGURED IT OUT AND THEN WHILE I WAS WRITING THIS REVIEW THE POSTMASTER JUST CALLED ME AND SAID IF I EVER HAVE ANY ISSUES.. TO CALL HIM ON HIS PERSONAL CELL.. I JUST CAN'T HELP BUT SMILE..
