I have went up there to speak to a supervisor about my mail and still haven’t got any follow up about my mail, every time I try to get mail the senders just tell me that the mail have been sent back without any explanation. Service is horrible. I even have informed delivery I see my mail coming in and still don’t receive it good luck if you live in 48504 area

I’ve contacted usps customer service as well as the northwest office and no one can tell me where this mail is. I’ve never had a problem until now. All mail before and after ( 6/5 ) has been delivered as normal what made that Thursday any different? Did the carrier find out what my mail contained cause that’s how I’m feeling ATM .
