- DCDouglas CooneAug 20, 20245.0The gentleman behind the counter was great! I had a package coming from Amazon that was supposed to have been delivered to my house today. When I checked on the status, it said the package was being held at the post office awaiting my pickup, per my request. I never requested for my package to be held. I went to the post office to pick up my package, but it was not there. Even the P.O.'s system said the package was there, but, alas, it was not. The gentleman then got on the phone and tracked down the carrier to see what had happened. I left, having been told that the package would be there at the P.O. the following morning. A few hours later, I received notification that the package had now been delivered to my residence. Apparently, the gentleman got hold of the carrier and had them deliver today, as it was originally scheduled. This gentleman went out of his way, understood and appreciated my frustration, and made things right. Thank you!

They understood that it’s a wrong zip code, went on Google to find the correct zip code for the given address and resent the mail to the correct the address before even I could reach out to them for help.

Then after using Amazon Prime, (free two day shipping) another item took three weeks to come, the day before yesterday I received a text saying my packages were delivered to my mailbox. It was not there. I called the national line, waited for an hour, and they told me they would do an investigation. This morning I received a call from a rude person informing me that on their system it says it was delivered. Like I didn't already see that information. Then she was just like "Well it says that it was delivered somewhere in that range. We can't pinpoint it." So now I am out of my money, time, and items. Use UPS or FexEx
