Multiple days of next to zero communication, and when its finally close, the facility is having constant "emergencies" and refuse to let me go in person to collect MY package. Absolutely pathetic. Person over the phone didn't help as they were very dismissive and obviously wanted to get it over with. There's a reason why this company is dying, and it can't come soon enough.

I contacted the manager Curtis to file the claim. I keep calling the UPS store to find out the status of the claim and no one calls me back. this issue has been going on since July 2025 with no resolution at this time
