- MGMatthew Gordon3 days ago5.0This is a very clean and organized store. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I came in 30 minutes before closing with an emergency print job. Darius had no problem helping me get it done even though there was a problem with one of the prints.

I'm not against staff having conversations but when it interferes with your service, it just needs to be reeled in a bit. I waited at the counter with another customer for a few minutes before anyone came to help. I asked for a small oversized matte lamination and waited in-store. I guess my consultant handed my picture off to a manager that didn't know what lamination I wanted and did a glossy lamination instead. They gave me a discounted price but I would've preferred if they'd listen the first time or did a proper handoff of the project. The lamination was done in a timely manner which was nice.

Went in because I had other business on that side of town. Told that since no file/order was written up on 8/29 there would be a same day service fee. Not mentioned in phone call. I could pick it up next day 8/31 and avoid fees. Not happy. Gal gave a little off fee but still had to pay one. Cheaper than having to drive back in. Staff was courteous and satisfied with laminate
