- ARAll American trailer repair3 days ago1.0went in there to purchase a post box the lady at the counter gave me an address. I forwarded it to all the companies and it was the wrong address after I told the lady it should start with a PO Box first. She gave me an address. Let’s move things up three months go into forward my address. She tells me everything is OK and then I start getting address at my home again no notification no nothing in the mail. I go to the taylor post office in taylor Michigan and they forwarded the mail. I think the lady at the counter doesn’t deserve her Job very incompetent so for starters, she gave me the wrong address to my post office after I had to change everything again and then she didn’t even forward my mail very negligent government workers on the clock getting paid and not happen to do their job

I will never be coming to this post office again and will drive the extra 15 minutes back down the road to the Taylor post office at least there they would appreciate it if I told them Happy New Year and would politely say it back.
- CRCheryl RDec 30, 20251.0If you want your mail lost use this location. Mailed 20 cards for Christmas three weeks before the day and only 2 made it to their destination. There is no reason for this. Was told to use registered mail next time. These incompetent employees managed to lose crafts, drawing pages, and coloring pages that a 10 year old girl lovingly made for her family and friends. Congratulations on making a little girl try not to cry over your incompetence. Sad. Avoid this location. (And this has happened at this location in the past, just not so large scale.) Manager was quite fake in her caring and apology.
