I will never be coming to this post office again and will drive the extra 15 minutes back down the road to the Taylor post office at least there they would appreciate it if I told them Happy New Year and would politely say it back.
- CRCheryl RDec 30, 20251.0If you want your mail lost use this location. Mailed 20 cards for Christmas three weeks before the day and only 2 made it to their destination. There is no reason for this. Was told to use registered mail next time. These incompetent employees managed to lose crafts, drawing pages, and coloring pages that a 10 year old girl lovingly made for her family and friends. Congratulations on making a little girl try not to cry over your incompetence. Sad. Avoid this location. (And this has happened at this location in the past, just not so large scale.) Manager was quite fake in her caring and apology.

- MMMohammed MannanNov 8, 20251.0Went in there to do something that I do everyday at the Trenton post office, Christina was not helpful at all , did not wanted to ship a package for me because she claimed I should have address written over a package, I have always had post office print label for me when I don’t print at home. I’ll fix this review if you give me the policy where it states I have to write the address on the package. If the policy states the addresses of the sender and receiver needs to be on the package and he rss system would ask for that input since there’s a lot of wasted space on a longer label.
